Provide the right reference

Include the order number and checkout email for a purchase enquiry. For an item question, include its link and variation. Explain the issue, relevant dates and what action you are requesting.

Concerns about goods or delivery

Describe missing, incorrect or damaged items and include available photos of the goods, packaging and label where useful. Provide a tracking reference for a parcel concern and retain relevant materials while we assess the case.

Order amendments

Send cancellation or address-correction requests promptly. We confirm whether action is still possible at the current fulfillment stage. A request alone is not an accepted change.

Return authorization

Obtain instructions and the destination for your case before posting goods. A sender label or business contact address does not necessarily accept returns. The Return & Refund Policy explains conditions and cost allocation.

Protect account and payment details

Never email passwords, complete card numbers or security codes. Limited information may be requested to locate an order or verify authority. We do not promise a fixed reply deadline or an unconfirmed additional support channel.
